Objective:To study the relatonship and the expression between serum soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and platelet derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB) in malignant lymphoma patients.Observation of sCD40L,TNF-αand PDGF-BB with existence of relevance in malignant lymphoma. To explore these factors with the relation of occurrence, development and prognosis in malignant lymphoma. Methods:The levels of sCD-40L,TNF-αand PDGF-BB were tested by ELISA method in serum of 39 ML patients (including 17 newly diagnosed cases,22 relapsed cases). At the same time, the levels of sCD40L,TNF-αand PDGF-BB were tested by ELISA method in serum of 20 normal healthy people.Results:sCD40L in ML patients as lower than that of control groups,TNF-αand PDGF-BB were higher than that of control groups(P<0.01).The levels of serum sCD40L,TNF -αand PDGF-BB had significant difference between high grade, intermediate and low grade in ML patients(P<0.01).After chemotherapy treatment, the level of serum sCD40L was higher and TNF-αwith PDGF-BB were lower in patients reaching complete remission or partial remission(CR or PR) than invaid group(P<0.01).The levels of serum sCD40L and TNF-αhad negative correlation(r=-0.233,P<0.05).The levels of serum sCD40L and PDGF-BB had no correlation(r=-0.09,P>0.05).The levels of serum TNF-αand PDGF-BB had positive correlation(r=0.38,P<0.05).Conclusions:The lower levels of the serum sCD40L and the higher of the TNF-αwith PDGF-BB are expressed in ML patients.Therelatonship of the serum sCD40L,TNF-αand PDGF-BB.The level of serum sCD40L,TNF-αand PDGF-BB with the relation of occurrence, development, and prognosis in malignant lymphoma.
