BackgroudChina is a high endemic area of HBV .The HBV infection rate is high and the outcome of HBV infection at most time is chronic HBV carried ,which is the main cause of chronic hepatitis,cirrhosis and HCC(hepatocellular carcinoma HCC).Pesistent and highly replicated HBV is the risk factor of cirrhosis and HCC,which is seriously harmful to pepole's health.Now the antiviral therapy for HBV is the key in the hepatitis B treatment,which has been the common understanding in the world.Though in the recent years the antiviral medicines progress inspiringly,their adeverse reaction is still much and the curative effect is limited,especially for asymptomatic carriers.To suppress HBV replication or clear HBV mostly is the major treament for hepatitis B.Thereby combined antiviral medicines Immunoregulation therapy is expected ,which get to complete response by eliminating HBVcccDNA.However there is no effective and specific immunity therapy for hepatitis B now,it needs in-depth study. The chronic HBV infected pepole have immunologic unresponsiveness.T cell function is in a low immune state.Improve T cell function may be a direction of Immunoregulation therapy study.Viral interference happens in viral superinfection,which has been confirmed.Some reseachers inoculated attenuated measles viruses in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus replicationods ,found some patients'HBV-DNA load decreased and IFN-r and IL-2 increased after inoculating the measles virus.It meaned the measles virus and hepatitis B virus infect the cases in an overlapping way ,the latter may be interfered by change of the cell immunity status of the body of the former.What influnence ,Measles virus had on The chronic HBV infected pepole'immunization,is deserving study.Objective To explore the HBV-DNA changes in HBV carriers superinfected measles virus and the cause.Methods (1) Project subject : 23 chronic HBV carriers superinfected measles virus(group A) and 27 chronic HBV carriers(group B) and 27 measles patients(group C) were chosen. (2) Project methods :①HBV-DNA were determined by the method of polymerase chain reaction ( PCR) in patients.②The serum cytokines (IL-2,4,5,10,IFN-r,TNF-a and RANTES(Regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted RANTES)) of these patient s were measured by Luminex Liquichip technology. All the results were analyzed with SPSS 11.0 software.Results (1) The HBV-DNA contents(Log value IU/ml),5.3579±1.4813 vs 7.2549±0.9853,in group A were significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05). (2)The levels of IL-4,IL-5 in group A were lower in group B(P<0.05). The levels of IFN-r,TNF-a in group A were higher in group B(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in IL-2,RANTES and IL-10 between the three group s (P>0.05).(3) The change of HBV-DNA contents had negative correlaton with IFN-r,TNF-a level,positive correlaton with IL-4,IL-5 level(P<0.05),but had no obvious correlation with IL-2,RANTES and IL-10 level(P>0.05).Conclusions The raise of IFN-r,TNF-a and the decrease of IL-4,IL-5 level in chronic HBV carriers superinfected measles virus could lead to the Inhibition of HBV-DNA replication.
