[Objective] Analyse protein expression profile of tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells 8113 in different time,Discuss the mechanism of heat kill tongue squamous cells in proteo-mics level.[Methods]Routineculture human tongue squamous Tca8113 cells into six groups.One group is blank controller,others groups are disposed for Celsius heat treatment method of water with 40min 43 degrees Celsius,and then put cells in couveuse for 2 hours,6 hours,8 hours,12 hours and 24 hours with 37 degrees Celsius.After collecting cells we extracte total proteins. We get protein expression profile with 2-DIGE. Analyze data collected from suppliers, MALDI-TOF-MS.At last,we get proteins knowledge in SwissProt and NCBInr.[Results] Two dimensional gel electrophoresis patterns of plasma proteins with high resolu-tion and reproducibility were successfully obtained using DIGE.One hundred and five signifi-cantly differentially expressed protein spots were screened with DeCyder 6.5 software.
