Economists predict that the 21st century is the time for the enterprise under the management of culture, so does the hospitals.With the further reform in our medical system, a lot of foreign fund was invested into our medical market, which change the existence and the developing surroundings deeply. The supervisor mode,management philosophy,marketing strategy,service level of hospital with foreign fund gives the administrators of domestic hospitals a surprising change. The domestic hospitals face opportunities and challenges. Hospital is a knowledge-intensive organization, and the current medical care market has entered a kind of competition on the hospital culture combining quality, reputation, development strategy, staff quality and spirit. Patients select hospitals based on not only the medical skill, but also the image of the hospital, medical technology, medical services, the hospital environment such factors a as combination. Human beings are the core of the hospital and the chief and important resources in the hospital. It is necessary to set up modern hospital cultural management and fully mobilize staff's to enthusiasm, initiative and creativity for the hospitals' survival and development among the fierce competitions in the market.The hospital culture is the important content of modern hospital managing theory and management with scientific management ideas,open management style,flexible management tool, which opened up vast new market for the innovation of hospital management and also become the source and power of competitiveness. After entering the new century, the attached hospital of Taishan Medical College started to introduce the modern enterprise management system and the advanced management concepts have been gradually integrated into the process of scientific management of the hospital, the management is changing from expert-based to professional management. Meanwhile, the hospital was active in cultural construction and put cultural management principles and methods into the practice and it improved overall size of the hospital, comprehensive strength, health care, service quality, cohesion, and social reputation of the hospital significantly. The culture of the hospital management also remain at the exploratory stage because it lack systematic and forward-looking and non-enough organizations. In this paper, the author entitled organizational culture of the hospital construction, put forward the culture of the hospital construction building program based on the re-integration and innovation original cultural, by anal sizing their achievements and problems in cultural development, that is, to establish a center, to highlight two main points, adhere to three principles, and set up four major carriers.In this paper, the author use scientific concept of development as guidance, combining theory and practice to carry out analysis and research by using literature method, survey method, case analysis and normative research methods and so on.This first chapter is introductory, to introduce the background and meaning, objectives and methods; Chapterâ…¡literature and theory, to introduce result of corporate culture and the hospital culture,the definitions of hospital cultural and functional relationships;Chapterâ…¢the culture analysis of the attached hospital of Taishan Medical College through spirit layer, system layer, physical and behavior layer.Chapterâ…£Building programs of the attached hospital of Taishan Medical College that is, to establish a center, to highlight two main points, adhere to three principles, and set up four major carriers.Hospital culture is an applied, practical science and changes with the development of itself, environmental change and times changing. the paper analyze the attached hospital of Taishan Medical College through the layers of spirit,system, physical, behavior based on summing up the achievements of building of the hospital culture also found 1 the problems and difficulties in cultural construction of the hospital. According to the essential attribute of hospital culture and related practical experience in other national hospital cultural construction, along with Corporate Identity, design and specify the hospital cultural construction and presented the ideal solution for cultural construction of the hospital in order to guide the practice of the hospital cultural construction and improve hospital management level of. At the same time, introducing the results of corporate cultural research and Corporate Identity the study of hospital culture can rich the enterprise culture and Corporate Identity and expand their scope of application.
