【Objective】Probing into the effect of anti-inflammatory therapy in evaporative dry eye patients, comparing the difference effect of the common anti-inflammatory medication dian bi shu(0.3%Tobramycin/Dexamethasone Eye Drops)and Chen Jing (diclofenac sodium eye drops).【Methods】The 38 patients (76 eyes), who were diagnosed as evaporative dry eye patients ,were randomly divided into three groups (contrapose group, 20 eyes, glucocorticoid treatment group 32 eyes , non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment group 24 eyes), the contrapose group only use the antibiotic eye drops + artificial tears +local physical of meibomian gland therapy, compared with contrapose group, the hormone therapy group and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment group added dianbishu(0.3%Tobramycin/ Dexamethasone Eye Drops) or Chen Jing (diclofenac sodium eye drops) for 1 month. Doing comparison in symptom score, visual acuity, slit lamp examination (palpebral and conjunctival hyperemia score degree of observation, etc.), break up time test, fluorescein staining, Schirmer test examination, intraocular pressure testing at the time of before treatment,1 week and 1 month.【Results】①Before treatment with completely random design ANOVA compared three groups 22, each group showed no significant difference (p>0.05);②Three groups of symptom score, tear film breakup time, corneal staining score , Schirmer test, lid margin score before treatment and after treatment, 1week, 1month, paired t tests were performed the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), suggest three kinds of treatment are effective; symptoms and signs were improved to varying degrees, and the superiorist effect is the corticosteroids significantly's. Anti-inflammatory treatment on the evaporative dry eye treatment is effective.③one week after treatment: anti-inflammatory drug group (hormone group and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug group) compared with control group: break up time and lower eyelid significant differences in scores was statistically significant (P<0.05),And the above mean values indicators anti-inflammatory treatment group better than the control group; Hormone group and the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs compared: symptom score, BUT, and palpebral significant differences in scores was statistically significant (P<0.05), and And the above mean values indicators hormone group better than the non-steroidal group;④1 month after treatment: anti-inflammatory group (steroid group and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug group) compared with control group: symptom score, BUT, Schirmer test and palpebral significant differences in scores was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the above mean values indicators hormone group better than the control group; Chen Jing group, the symptom score, BUT, lid margin score was significantly better than the control group, but the mean corneal staining score Chen Jing group> control group, indicating Chen Jing group corneal conditions after treatment in January compared with the control group efficacy is poor; hormone group compared with non-steroidal drugs: tear film break up time and lower eyelid significant differences in scores was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the above mean values hormone group better than the non-steroidal drug group;...
