A case of blastic NK-cell lymphoma(BNKL) of a 79-year-old male is reported here, through which we reviewed the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, pathology, immunophenotypic features, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of this disease, to learn more experience for the better work.
