Objective:To study the prognostic and influence factors between Uygur and Hanpatients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL). Methods:167patients diagnosedfrom2007to2012in Xin Jiang Tumor Hospital were collected. They were classified intoGCB and non-GCB by Hans method. And the patients’ overall survival and influencefactors were investigated. Results:The3-year survival rate of GCB and non-GCBrespectively was62.34%and42.15%(P=0.011), and median survival time was32monthsand23months(P=0.002); The3-year survival rate of GCB in Han was62.37%, while inUygur was64.41%(P=0.904); The3-year survival rate of non-GCB in Han was44.43%,while in Uygur was46.62%(P=0.120). Age、IPI、extranodal infringement、Ann ArborStage、CD10、Mum-1and immunophenotype were influence factors to prognosis ofDLBCL. Using multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis, age、extranodalinfringement and immunophenotype were independent prognostic indicators(P=0.007、0.000and0.001). Conclusion:GCB has better prognosis than non-GCB; The racialdifference is not significance on prognosis of the immunophenotype. Age、IPI、extranodalinfringement、Ann Arbor Stage、CD10、Mum-1and immunophenotype are the importantfactors in OS of DLBCL. Age、extranodal infringement and immunophenotype areindependent prognostic indicators.
