The Clinical Observation On Influence Of The Scalp-Acupuncture Combined With Body-Acupuncture And Electro-Acupuncture On Blood Fat And Hemorheology Of Ischemic Stroke Patients

Objective:To observe the influence of Scalp-acupuncture combined with Body-acupuncture and Electro-acupuncture on Motive function of limbs and blood fat and hemorheology of Ischemic stroke Patients.Methods:60 patients with hemiplegia were equally randomized to two group(observational group and control group).In the treated group,patients were treated with Scalp-acupuncture combined with Body-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture while in the control group,they were treated with Scalp- acupuncture.After 3 courses streatment,we observed the symptoms and the variations of the Parameters of Blood fat and hemorrheology,and discuss the effete of Scalp-acupuncture combined with Body-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture to treat Ischemic stroke.Result:1.The evaluation of the clinical effect:the effect of the group,treated with Scalp-acupuncture combined with Body-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture is 86.67%,and the effect of the group,treated with Scalp-acupuncture,is 73.33%.2.The changeable condition of blood fat and hemorheology:there is significant difference between the group,treated with body-acupuncture and the group,treated with body-acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture. So it can follow that the blood fat and hemorheology of the patients can be enhanced when treated with body-acupuncture and Scalp-acupuncture combined with Body-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture,and the effect of group treated with Scalp-acupuncture combined with Body-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture is superior to the group of patients,treated with body-acupuncture.Conclusion:The therapeutic program that Scalp-acupuncture combined with Body-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture is superior to the normal acupuncture therapy in promoting the Ischemic stroke patient's recovery of limb motive function and daily life ability.
