Clinical Research On Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function After Direct Vision Operation Surgery Of The Congenital Heart Disease With The Method About The Method Of Rubbing Belly

ObjectiveTO research the factors what influence the Recovery of gastrointestinal function after direct vision operation of children who had suffering from congenital heart disease, observeing the therapeutic effect of accelerate Recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce abdominal distention,Nausea and Vomitingby the Method of rubbing belly; accordingly provide a Significant effect,scientific and formal measures on. accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation.MethodA prospective randomized controlled study is used in the research 60patient after the gastrointestinal surgery are distributed to treatment group and control group according randomized control principle. The treatment group adopts the method of rubbing belly from the first day after surgery for three days and three times per day. while the control group adopts the conventional symptomatic treatment. Compare the reconstruction time of bowel sounds, the first stool time, the Diversification of MOT, and the abdominal distention and vomiting case.Resulttreatment group and control group are 30 case too, the time for construction of bowel sounds, first stool inthe treatment group, is obviously shorter than that in the other group, (p<0.05). the MOT of the treatment group are higer than the control group at che third days after treatment (p<0.05). the number of examples, having abdominal distention and vomiting, is smaller in the treatment group(p<0.05). ConclusionMethod of rubbing belly can accelerate Recovery of gastrointestinal function, ruduce abdominal distention, Nausea and Vomiting after direct vision operation of congenital heartdisease.
