This article studied on the optimum extractive condition of flavonoids in Koelreuteria henryi flowers, And its antibacterial test, then total flavonoids from Koelreuteria henryi was separated preliminarily.The results are as follows:(1) Studied on the optimum extractive condition of flavonoids in Koelreuteria henryi flowers by the orthogonal test. The flavonoids content in Koelreuteria henryi flowers for index. The results showed that the optima conditions of extraction were determined to be for 90min by 70% ethanol in ratio of 1:25 (sample:solvent) at 65℃. At the same time the antibacterial test show that extracts from orthogonal experiment all had the inhibiting effect on 4 kinds of tested pathogens, and inhibiting rate are all 100% on cotton damping-off; extracts from 2 and 6 had the inhibiting rate are higher than 60% on 4 kinds of tested pathogens.(2)Active tracking method is adopted to isolate antiviral activity substances from Koelreuteria henryi. Large scale isolation Flavonoids from Koelreuteria henryi flowers,the Koelreuteria henryi extracts, suspended in distilled water, then extracted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, respectively received extraction of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate phase extracts, n-butanol phase and water phase. Antifungal activity of the ethanol extracts and its extract phase from Koelreuteria henryi against 28 species of fungus were studied.The results showed that extracts of Koelreuteria henryi have different range activity to tested fungus. The inhabitation of acetyl acetate extract is the best when the concentration of every extract phase is 40mg.mL-1. The inhabiting rate of the extract is 100% to Helminthosporium turcicum,Thanatephorus cucumeris and Marssonina zanthoxyli.Different concentrations have different antifungal activities to the same pathogenic fungus. Their EC50 values of acetyl acetate's extraction against mycelial growth of Helminthosporium turcicum, Thanatephorus cucumeris, Magna porthe, Marssonina zanthoxyli 7.6315,4.2696,23.2357 and 7.1315mg.mL-1, respectively.(3) Koelreuteria henryi flavonoids were chromatographic separated by using polyamide. It gets 4 fractions,Fr.2 were repeated recrystallization gets the compound A.Fr.3 chromatographic separated by using polyamide. It gets 8 fractions, of which nine have the flavonoids characteristics response of color, Fr.3.4 were repeated recrystallization gets the compound B. The inhabited effect of the eight compositions from acetyl acetate's extraction on the Fungus tested showed that the eight compositions have different range activity to tested fungus. Both compounds A and B are inhibition to fungi and bacteria.
