| Objective:To investigate the damnification of RLN in the different Thyroidectomy.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-six Thyroid carcinoma case were divided three groups:group A is RLN dissected and all Thyroid resected group; group B is meticulous capsular dissection with all Thyroid resected group; group C is main Thyroid resection reserved back capsular group. The rates of RLN damnification were compared in three groups.Results:one case was suffered from permanent RLN injury in group A. Eight cases were suffered from permanent RLN injury in group B, There is difference in the two group (P<0.05); No case suffered from groupC, There is no difference between A and C (P>0.05).Conclusion:The dissection of RLN decreased RLN permanent injury in all Thyroid resected operation of thyroid carcinoma; It is not necessary to dissect the RLN in main Thyroid resected surgery, it is a safety surgery to reserve back capsular. |
