Study On Pharmacodynatics And Acute Toxicity Of Senecio Cannabifolius Less

Objective:To study pharmacodynatics and acute toxicity of Senecio Cannabifolius Less,through the anti-inflammation,antipyretic,analgesia, immune,antiallergic,relieving cough,relieving asthma, elimating phlegm and acute toxicity test to observe the pharmacodynamics and toxicity of Senecio Cannabifolius Less,to prepare for the experimental basis of the research,development and application of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.Methods:(1)The anti-inflammatory experiments:using the test of xanthocerassorbifolia auricle inflammation,antioxidant harpoons rats toes swelling experiment and rats granulation experiments to study antiin-flammatory effects of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.(2)The antipyretic experiment:using the test of rabbit fever caused by bacterial endotoxin and rats fever caused by beer yeast suspension liquid to study antipyretic effects of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.(3)The analgesic experiments:using the test of hot plate method of the mice caused pain trials,the mice solar-thermal radiation pain and acetic acid in mice twisted body to study the analgesic effects of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.(4)The immune experi-ment:using the test of the gobble up function of mice reticuloendo-thelial system(RES)and the produce of mice hc50 caused by sheep red blood cells to study the immune effects of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.(5)The antiallergic experiment:using the test of mice late skin allergy to study the antiallergic effects of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.(6)The relieving cough, relieving asthma,elimating phlegm experient:using the test of the protect on effects of asthma for cavy caused by drug,phenol red eduction from respiratory of mice and cough caused by ammonia of mice to study the relieving cough, relieving asthma, elimating phlegm effects of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.(7)The acute toxicity tests:using mice to study the acute toxicity experiment.Results:(1)The anti-inflammatory experiments:the each group of Senecio Cannabifolius Less has significant inhibitory effects to the xan-thocerassorbifolia auricle inflammation and the antioxidant harpoons rats toes swelling experiment.In the latter test, effect-acting after 2 h, sustainable function 6 h, has significant inhibitory effects to the rats granulation,anti-inflammatory and dose intensity have a certain depen-dence.(2)The antipyretic experiment:the each group of Senecio Cannab-ifolius Less has significant antipyretic effects to rabbit fever caused by bacterial endotoxin,effecting after 0.5 h,last 4 h,also has significant antipyretic effects of rats fects have a quantity-efficiency relation.(4)The immune experiment:the each group of Senecio Cannabifolius Less has enhanced the phagocytosis function of mice reticuloendothelial system (RES),K value were obviously increased and showed a quantity-efficiency relation.Increaed the hemolysin antibody of mice,OD value were increased. (5)The antiallergic experiment:the each group of Senecio Cannabifolius Less has restrain the late skin allergy, restrain mice aver caused by beer yeast suspension liquid after 1 h,and the antipyretic effects last for a long time,antipyretic and dose intensity have a certain dependence.(3)The analgesic experiments:in the test of hot plate method caused pain trials,the mice solar-thermal radiation pain and acetic acid in mice twisted body,the each group of Senecio Cannabifolius Less has significantly extend and improve the pain threshold,has analgesic effects and these effeuricular swelling. High dose group can make the mice spleen index and thymus index increased.(6) The relieving cough, relieving asthma, elimating phlegm experient:the each group of Senecio Cannabifolius Less has relieving cough,relieving asthma, elimating phlegm effects and has a quantity-efficiency relation.(7)The test of acute toxicity shows that Senecio Cannabifolius Less has no influence on body weight in mice growth, the LD50 was 2662 g/kg (born drug content),it was amount equivalent of clinical meta-pragmatic 666 times,the 95% believable limit was 2134～3 320 g/kg.Conclusion:Through the experimental study, Senecio Cannabifolius Less has the effects of anti-inflammation,antipyretic,analgesia,immune, antiallergic,relieving cough, relieving asthma and elimating phlegm.And dose intensity have a certain dependence. The study on pharmacodynamics and toxicity of Senecio Cannabifolius Less was designed to prepare for the experimental basis of the research,development and application of Senecio Cannabifolius Less.
