Objective:1,Study of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin B (Staphylococcus enterotoxin B, SEB) in nasal polyps from occurring, there is the role of the formation.2, Study the occurrence of SEB and the formation of nasal polyps may be related to SEB down regulate the expression of regulatory T-cellsMethod:Select suffering from nasal polyps and control groups (hypertrophic rhinitis and others), all 30 cases of patients, and in the use of antibiotics before admission clearly no history of a patient to take each of these bacterial culture after the nose secretions; Simultaneous acquisition of all patients with serum ELISA, serum antibody value of its SEB; Finally, in the course of endoscopic sinus surgery to take the above-mentioned strict aseptic technique in patients with nasal mucosa, using immunohistochemical staining them the expression level of Foxp3; and finally were statistically analyzed.Result:1, Staphylococcus aureus nasal polyp group was significantly higher detection rate, the difference was statistically significant.2, Nasal polyps and control groups measured by the average differences in SEB antibodies, and the difference was statistically significant.3, Nasal polyps and control group the average level of Foxp3-positive cells are different, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1,SEB antibody titers on average high, staphylococcal enterotoxin B in the formation of nasal polyps may play a role.2, In patients with nasal polyps compared with the control group the small number of Foxp3 cells may be related to the reduction in SEB effects.3, The pathogenesis of nasal polyps may be related to Staphylococcus aureus infection resulting from the SEB on the regulatory T cells (Foxp3 its iconic cells) or inhibit the downward. For clinical prevention and treatment of the pathogenesis of nasal polyps to provide a new idea.
