Objective:To investigate the revalence of reproductive tract infection(sRTI)in the floating rural women in SuZhou City,and to guide the work on RTI'S intervention.Methods:Clinical and experimental examinations were performed on 1124 patients with reproductive tract infection's diseases,including trichomonal vaginitis,vulvovaginal candidiasis,bacterial vaginosis,chronic cervicitis,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,condyloma acuminatum,gonorrhea,chlamydia trachomatis,syphilis and genital herpes.To analyze the influencing factors in RTI.In a region inhabited by the floating rural women in SuZhou City,young studying doctors and nurses were organized.To assist and guide all of the work on RTI'S intervention and some measures in detail.Results:638 chronic cervicitis patients in 56.66% of total cases(1124) suffered from reproductive tract infection's diseases,251(22.33%)kinds of vaginitis and 147(13.08%) suffered two kinds of diseases,30(2.67%)more than three kinds.The highest age of CA is 21~30(73.96%).The highest incidence of chronic cervicitis patients occurred in female at the age from 21 to 40(82.45%).The change of RTI's knowledge rate and forming healthy behaviors rate is evident;The rate of RTI's occurrence and recurrence are decreased too.Conclusions:We should popularize the prophylaxis and treatment knowledges.TO find,diagnose,and treat earlier.It is feasible and very necessary to carry out some propaganda and education activities of RTI'S knowledge in region inhabited by the floating rural women in SuZhou City.All actors are good for improving the reproductive health.
