Digestion Chewable Tablet for Children is a kind of oral preparation composed of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). It could be used to treat children functional dyspepsia (FD). Digestion Chewable Tablet for Children is a compound preparation composed of root of pilose asiabell,fructus citri sarcodactylis,coasiai giehnia root,fructus hordei germinatus,citrus,cortex magnoliae officinalis,hawthorn fruit,cardamom. These Chinese herbs are all recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The preparation is organized precisely and creatively. This drug can be used to treat children functional dyspepsia (FD) with accurate curative effect. The chewable tablet is applicable to children which is easy to take and carry. Thus, we carefully studied Digestion Chewable Tablet for Children based on the differentiation of TCM. The purpose of this study is to investigate the preparation procedure and quality control standards of Digestion Chewable Tablet for Children.In the study, we firstly established the preparation process. The preparation technology of Digestion Chewable Tablet for Children. Result:Hesperidin in the sample of 0.0284-0.142ug of peak area and the number of the sample showed a few good linear relationship, r=0.9999; recovery was 97.55%(RSD=1.16%). The experimental results suggested that their linearity, precision, reproducibility, recovery are all satisfactory. The content limit was regulated:the content of Hesperidin is less than 1.Omg per pill.In the study, we determined the preparation process, established the quality standards of Digestion Chewable Tablet for Children. The studies are the basis for the clinical study of the new drug.
