[Objective]To explore the relationship between lipips ratio and the degree of coronary artery stenosis[Methods]According to coronary angiography of inpatients in Cardiology Department of Second Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University College Of Medicine, from January 2008 to July 2009,22 controls and 45 1-30score,34 31-90score and 11>90score were enrolled, and the ratationship between lipids and the degree of coronary artery stenosis were determined.[Results]The severity of coronary lesions was increased with the elevation of LDL-C/HDL-C,TC LDL-C TG,TC/HDL-C,TG/HDL-C and reduction of HDL-C.Compared with I group, LDL-C/HDL-C,TC/HDL-C increased significantly in groupII,III,IV group (P<0.05),and compared with group II, LDL-C/HDL-C. TC/HDL-C in groupâ…¢,â…£increased significantly(P<0.05). There were no differences of the value of TG,TG/HDL-C among group 11,111 andIV (P>0.05). There were significant differences between lipid level and Gensini score. The analysis showed that LDL-C/HDL-C(r=0.55,p<0.05) and TC/HDL-C(r=0.52,p<0.05) were most directly correlated with the coronary artery lesions.[Conclusion]The results suggested that the severity of coronary artery lesions correlated with abnormal lipid metabolism, and LDL-C/HDL-C,TC/HDL-C are better indicators than other indexes. The predictive value of TG/HDL-C needs further study.
