Primary breast lymphoma(PBL)is a rare condition, accounting for only 0.04%~0.53% of breast malignancies. The primary breast lymphoma after Allo-HSCT of CML is even more infrequently. Since little is known about this rare tumor, it is useful to report every such case, in order to make as much information as possible available in the medical literature. We present the case of a 38-year-old Chinese woman with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) being healing well after Allo-HSCT before 5 years. Now she has a second tumor:PBL. PBL are more likely to be presented in right breast. The majority cases are B-cell lymphomas. The ideology has not been identified. Compared with breast cancer, the clinical presentation and imaging of PBL have no specialty. The majority of PBL are diagnosed by biopsy or postoperative pathological findings. PBL have been reposed to have a high local and distant recurrence rate, and the prognosis is poor. The combined therapy regimen use chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy is recommended by many scholars.
