BackgroundEndothelial lipase was a new member of triglyceride lipidase gene family. It was homology with the lipoprotein lipase and hepatlipoidase. Endothelial lipase has the enzymatic active of the phosphatidolipase, which was the important lipoprotein lipase of HDL-C regulatory mechanism in vivo.It was got from animal experiment and in vitro experiment that the relationship between the endothelial lipase and HDL-C metabolism. endothelial lipase was expressed by vascular endothelial cell, which was regulated by cytokine(IL-1,TNF-α)and physic factor(shearing force, angiotasis). It was cued that endothelial lipase was played a important role in the atherosclerosis. However, the study of relationship between the endothelial lipase and coronary heart disease was rarely. The destionation of research is To observe the relationship between the endothelial lipase and coronary heart disease, which the level of the endothelial lipase and serum fat.Meterial and Methods1 Subjects580 Han ethnic persons without blood relationship were recruited to the study. All of the person were performed selected coronary angiography and from the Cardiovascular Department of the First Affiliated Hospital Medical College of Zhejiang University during from Dec 2006 to Oct 2009,. Among them,271 CAD patients at least 50% obstruction of one major coronary vessel. The CAD group is divided into anginasubgroup (n=162), old myocardial infarctionsubgroup(n=76) and acute myocardial infarction (n=27)using criteria defined by the World Health Organisation(WHO);The subgroup was also divided into 1-vessel group,2-vessel group,3-vessel group by the number of coronary stenosis,309 control subjects were from patients with normal angiography.2 Methods2.1 Collection of clinical features:All subjects were enquired in detail for history of hypertentio, diabets, hyperlipemia, smoking. The stature, weight and major biochemical data were also determinated.2.2 All persons was collected blood on an empty stomach. The method was ELISA to detect the level of endothelial lipase and blood fat.2.3 Statistical analysis:Using the SPSS13.0 for windows statistical package. Count data were performed by Student's t-test and measure data were performed by chi-squared test.correlation analysis was Pearson analysis.Linear regression was used by integration, Statistical significance was taken as p<0.05.Results1 clinical feature of the CAD and control groupThe mean age,BMI,total cholesterol, smoker, and hypertension was no significant difference(P>0.05).2 The plasma endothelial lipase level of all patients was 1079.40±424.06ng/ml, which was accord the normal distribution by Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis(Z=0.708, P=0.698>0.05).3 It was negative correlation between the plasma endothelial lipase and HDL-C(R=-0.152,P<0.001),but no correlation between triglyceride, total cholesterol and LDL-C.4 There was negative correlation between the endothelial lipase and HDL-C.The Linear regression was Y=1212.40-2.67X(R=-0.152,F=12.162, P<0.001)。5 The plasma endothelial lipase level of coronary group and control group were 1185.96±503.69ng/ml and 971.99±299.70ng/ml, the differences among the groups was significant(t=6.265, P<0.001).6 The incidence rate of coronary in high plasms endothelial lipase level and low plasms endothelial lipase level were 61.09% and 36.66%,the differences was significant (x2=33.69, P<0.001).7 There was no correlation between the hs-CRP and plasms endothelial lipase level(R=-0.088,P=0.203>0.05). Conclusion1 It was negative correlation between the plasma endothelial lipase and HDL-C(R=-0.152,P< 0.001),but no correlation between triglyceride, total cholesterol and LDL-C.2 The level of plasma endothelial lipase is closely associated with coronary heart disease, and may be the predictor facror of coronary artery disease.3 There was no correlation between the hs-CRP and plasms endothelial lipase level.
