ObjectiveTo compare the therapeutic effect of severe acute pancreatitis with somatostain alone, gabexate mesilate combine with somatostatin and ulinastatin combine with somatostatin.MethodsFifty-three patients with severe acute pancreatitis were enrolled. The treatment group I receiving intravenous gaexate mesilate combine with somatostatin and treatment group II receiving ulinastatin combine with somatostatin. The control group receiving intravenous somatostain alone.Compare the recovery time of serum amylase,WBC,blood glucose, blood calcium, abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness.ResultsThe target above of group I and group II is much shorter than the control group, P<0.05.The recovery time of WBC of group I is shorter than groupâ…¡, P<0.05,but the recovery time of serum amylase, blood glucose, blood calcium, abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness of groupâ… and groupâ…¡has no distinct difference, P> 0.05.ConclusionsThere are strong indications from this study that intravenous gabexate mesilate combine with somatostatin infusion, intravenous ulinastatin combine with somatostatin is more effective than intravenous somatostatin infusion alone. The recovery time of WBC of intravenous gabexate mesilate combine with somatostatin infusion is shorter than intravenous ulinastatin combine with somatostatin, P<0.05,but the recovery time of serum amylase, blood glucose, blood calcium, abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness of the two group have no distinct differences.
