ObjectiveTo observe the influence of PD98059 on adhesive capability and chemotactic capability and invasive capability and expression of ERK protein of squamous cell carcinoma PC-37B induced by CCL19 in vitro.MethodsMTT assay was applied to study the effects of different concentration of PD98059 on PC-37B'adhesive capability on Matrigel,which was induced by CCL19. Cellular motility experiment was carried out to assay inhibitory effect of different concentration of PD98059 on PC-37B'invasive capability and chemotactic capability on Matrigel,which was induced by CCL19. Western Blot assay was applied to study the effects of different concentration of PD98059 on PC-37B'the expression of ERK protein,which was induced by CCL19.ResultsPD98059 Suppressed the adhesive capability and invasive capability and chemotactic capability of squamous carcinomatous cells induced by CCL19,which promoted the activity of squamous carcinomatous cells,PD98059 restained expression of ERK protein of squamous carcinomatous cells, It became distinct with increase of concentration of PD98059.Conclusionsactivity of squamous carcinomatous cells induced by CCL19 was blocked PD98059.
