| AbjectivesBy observing the large craniectomy hematoma] on the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage investigate the outcome of ultra-early surgery on the middle age group, elderly group of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsRetrospective analysis from August,2007 to November,2008, China Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of Neurosurgery,80 cases of ultra-early surgery (onset within 6 hours) in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patient information, including middle-aged group (≤60 years old) 45 cases; older group ("60 years old) 35 cases. Compare with the two groups of patients in different age groups, age structure, ADL grade (activity of daily living ADL), re-bleeding rate differences, the average length of stay, other complication.ResultsThe total effective rate in middle-aged group compared with older group (control group) significantly increased respectively(P<0.05),75%and 50%; high rate of postoperative re-bleeding were 15%and 8.5%.ConclusionsUltra-early hematoma large craniectomy significantly increased survival rate in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (middle age group than older group); re-bleeding is the main reason for their death. |
