Clinical Efficacy Observation Of JH-2000 Hemodilysis Equipment's Treatment On End-stage Renal Disease

Object:By collecting and analyzing the clinical symptoms, clinical indexes and blood biochemical circumstance between pre-and post-hemodialysis in end-stage renal disease patients, compare the clinical efficacy between JH-2000 hemodilysis equipment and other imported hemodialysis machines and validate the efficiency of JH-2000 hemodilysis equipment.Methods:126 cases of the patients, who have been diagnosed end-stage renal disease by blood purification center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from January 2006 to March 2009, are collected for retrospective analysis. Each patient has averagely taken three hemodialysis. 62 of these cases treated by JH-2000 hemodilysis equipment were observation group and the other 64 cases treated by imported hemodilysis equipment, like Fresenius4008B made in German, Gambro Sweden, Baxter US, were comparison group. The changings of heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, temperature and weight and other clinical symptoms of patients are recorded. The cases which have hemodialysis complications, like low blood pressure, fever, arrhythmia, muscle convulsion and itch are summed up. And the rate of these complications are calculated and shown in the form of x±s. The pre-post-treatment indexes of Cr, BUN, K+, Na+, Ca2+, PO43-, Cl-, CO2CP, RBC, Hb and ALB in blood serum are tested. And the drop rates of URR, Kt/V and Cr are calculated. The bi-group measurement data are analyzed using the average t of both samples and the multi-group single factor is analyzed by variance. The quantity data are analyzed by X2testing.Result:Comparing JH-2000 hemodilysis equipment with imported machines, the machine operating normally and there is no statistical difference between the two groups in the rate of complication, vital signs, Scr and BUN and Kt/V and the drop rate of PO43- in both groups, pre-post-treatment RBC and Hb and ALB and the rate of change of electrolyte. The post-treatment electrolyte level is normal. Patients' SBP, DBP and MAP have decreased significantly in both groups. Respirations are slower, and there is no obvious change in the temperature and heart rate. There are evident decrease in post-treatment Scr, BUN, SP and K+, and evident rise in Ca2+ and CO2CP.Conclusion:1. Through JH-2000 hemodilysis equipment treatment end-stage renal disease. The machine operating normally and the vital signs of patients are stable. There is no rise in the acute complication. The treatment is safe and steady.2. JH-2000 hemodilysis equipment, with higher clearance of small toxic material from uremia, and evident function on correcting the disorder of electrolyte and acid-base, is quite effective. The conditions of post-treatment patients are quiet good.
