Background:In the hospital patients suffering from malnutrition rates are high, the harm of malnutrition is large。Assessment methods have their advantages and disadvantages of malnutrition。Currently, Comprehensive nutritional assessment methods commonly used are Subjective global assessment and Mini nutritional assessment, But its operation are complex, difficult clinical examination。Although serum nutritional indicators can not reflect the nutritional status of patients alone, However, its associated with the prognosis of patients。And its can quickly reflect the effect of nutrition support, are widely application indicators. this research observe the role of the serum nutritional indicators between nutrition assessment and prognosis。Objective:The hospitalized patients of 431 cases were retrospectively analyzed on the incidence of malnutrition. observeing the role of the serum nutrition indicators in the evaluation of the malnutrition and nutritional supportment. according to length of stay and number of admissions, the hospital patients divide into groups, compare the serum nutrition indicators between groups, compare the serum nutrition indicators between discharged patients of 403 case and died patients of 28 case, to find out which serum nutrition indicators can reflect the prognosis of patientS。Method:analysis 12 hospital patients in the treatment of serum nutrition indicators of changes to find out all the nutrition indicators to the treatment when there are significant changes. according to length of stay and the number of admissions discharged the patient to 403 example, compare the serum nutrition indicators between groups。Compare the serum nutrition indicators between discharged patients of 403 case and died patients of 28 case。Results:1,431 cases in the hospital patients, serum albumen below the minimum of reference value has 226 cases (52%), Serum prealbumin, transferrin, total cholesterol, total lymphocyte count have no significantcorrelation with serem albumin。2, In the 12 cases received treatment with oral nutritional support in patients, prealbumin and transferrin in the 7 days when the review is significantly higher (P< 0.05)。But the albumin in 28 days was significantly higher (P<0.05)。3, Divided by length of stay in four groups, the serum albumin and total lymphocyte count between groups are significant differences (P<0.05)。prealbumin, transferrin, cholesterol between the groups are no significant relationships (P>0.05)。Comparison between the age of the patients in each group there is no significant difference (P>0.05)。4, Divided by number of admissions in three groups, the serum nutrition indicators between groups are no significant difference (P>0.05)。 5, Compare the serum nutrition indicators between discharged patients of 403 case and died patients of 28 case, its are significant differences (P<0.05)。Conclusion:1,52% of patients with kidney disease patients in the existence of malnutrition。Serum prealbumin, transferrin, total cholesterol, total lymphocyte count have no significant correlation with serem albumin。2, Serum prealbumin and transferrin can be used as nutritional support for early indicators of theraptic efficacy, its have significantly higher in the treatment 7 days after nutritional support serum albumin in the nutritional support required 28 days after treatment was significantly higher。3, Serum albumin and total lymphocyte count have significant correlation with length of stay。4, The serum nutrition indicators of died patients are lower than the serum nutrition indicators of discharged patients。...
