To Explore The Effect Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction On Nutritional Indexes "PA,LY,TRF" In Patients With Sepsis From The Perspective Of "Deficiency Due To Blood Stasis"

Objective:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction was used to treat the blood stasis syndrome of sepsis.The changes of nutritional indexes "Prealbumin(PA),Lymphocyte Count(LY),Transferrin(TRF)" and its clinical efficacy were observed in patients with sepsis.Methods:A total of 68 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the emergency department of the People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from February 2020to February 2021 were collected.They were randomly divided into control group(conventional western medicine treatment)and experimental group(conventional western medicine treatment + Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction)with 34 cases in each group.The control group received anti-infection,respiratory support,circulatory support,nutritional support and the conventional Western medicine program for treating the primary disease.The experimental group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.After 7 days of continuous treatment,the nutritional indexes(PA,LY,TRF),SOFA score,APACHE-Ⅱ score,NRS2002 score,coagulation indexes(APTT,PT,TT,FIB,D dimer)and TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Finally,SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis to complete the final evaluation.Results:1.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in PA,LY and TRF between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.2.After treatment,the comparison of SOFA,APACHEⅡand NRS2002 scores between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.3.After treatment,APTT,PT,TT,FIB and D-dimer were compared between the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group.4.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the control group was 75%,and the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was 87.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve nutritional indexes PA,LY,TRF,reduce NRS2002score,SOFA score,APACHE-Ⅱ score,improve coagulation indexes APTT,PT,TT,FIB,D-dimer,improve blood stasis syndrome,help to reduce the risk of sepsis malnutrition and improve nutritional status.Reduce the severity of sepsis,improve the coagulation function,improve the prognosis.2.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is safe in clinical use with no obvious adverse reactions and has certain clinical value.
