Clinical Observation On Chloasma Patients Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type Treated With Tablets Of Xiaobanpian Plus Hydroquinone Cream

Chloasma is an acquired character pigmentation skin disorder, comporting symmetry pigmentation. It's a long course of disease, mainly ocuurs in middle age of female. Its cause and pathogenesis have not been yet clear, and no efficient drug is found up to now. There are many potential factors such as endocrine dysfunction, pregnancy, taking oral contraceptives, ovarian disorders, genetic factor, oxygen, in such sunlight and genetic factor are the most important factor. It is believed by TCM that this disease is mostly caused by stagnation of the liver qi, and failure ofthe liver in maintaining the smooth flow of qi, in which long-term stagnation transforms into heat and comsumes yin and blood, and stagnation cause qi stagnation and blood stasis leading to failure of blood in ascending to the face and nourishing the face, and later causing pigmentation appear in the face. Clinically by the principle of differentiating patterns to determine treatment, we have tried to tonify deficiency, reduce excess and improve the fuction of zangfu organs and regulate the disturebrd endocrine status by Chinese herbal.Objective:Clinical Observation on Chloasma patients of stagnation of Liver-qi type Treated with Tablets of Xiaobanpian Plus Hydroquinone Cream. Approach the Anti-freckle effect and its mechanism of Tablets Of Xiaobanpian. Method:The author of the present paper adopted Tablets Of Xiaobanpian Plus Hydroquinone Cream to treat 30 cases of chloasma and compared with 30 cases of the Hydroquinone Cream.Result:Effect rate of chloasma treated by the method of Tablets of Xiaobanpian Plus Hydroquinone Cream was 90.0%, comparing.66.7% of the Hydroquinone Cream, significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), indicating that the certain therapeutic effect can be achieved in the treatment of chloasma by the method of Tablets of Xiaobanpian.Conclusion:It is our investigative fundamental motive to to bring into full play dominance of traditional Chinese medicine and look for secure, effectual medicine of prevention and cure chloasma. The clinical curative effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group on chloasma is superior to the merely western medicine therapy group, and combined internal and external therapy has better effect than merely external treatment in treating chloasma, which is of great significance on clinical application.
