| Objective1.To investigate the expressions of helicobacter pylori, Livin and CD151 in gastric organization2. To investigate the association between Livin, CD151 with clinicopathologic characteristics in gastric cancer3.To investigate the association between HP with Livin,CD1514. To study the infection rate of helicobacter pylori in different types of Epigastralgia in Chinese medicineMethods:1. Collected gastric mucosa specimens of inpatient and outpatient of Gastroenterology Guangzhou Military General Hospital from March 2009 to December 2009,30 cases of gastric carcinoma,30 cases of gastric ulcer and 30 gastritis specimens, all cases were confirmed by pathology, reserved with EP-70 degrees2. The patients'chief complaints were "epigastric pain".They were diagnosed with "Epigastralgia", according to syndrome differentiation.3. The Hp infection was unitedly measured by Rapid urease breath test or C14 breath test4. the expression of livinmRNA and CD151 gene were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).5. The objects were divided into different types of Epigastralgia, using four methods of Chinese medicine examination together.6. Analyze all the data by SPSS 13.0 Results:1. The HP infection rate was spectively 73.3%,43.3%,60%in Gastric cancer group, gastritis, gastric ulcer group, HP infection rate among the three groups were significantly different (x2=18.668, P<0.01); HP infection in gastric cancer was significantly higher than the gastritis group, the difference was statistically significant (x 2= 5.554, P= 0.018); there was no significant difference between gastritis and gastric ulcer group (x 2= 1.669, P= 0.196); so was the gastric ulcer and gastric cancer group (x 2= 1.2, P= 0.273)2. The expression rates of livinmRNA was 54%in GC group, but none in the GU and CSG group.3. CD151 gene was expressed in the three groups, the expression of CD151 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than the gastric ulcer and gastritis group (P<0.01).4. The expression of Livin and CD151 were significantly related with organization differentiation and lymph node metastasis, the expressions in poorly differentiation or lymph node metastasis were significantly higher(P <0.01).5. The Helicobacter pylori infection was positively correlated with the expression of Livin, the positive rate of Livin gene was 68.2%in HP-positive group, was significantly higher than the positive rate of livin in HP negative group (12.5%), P=0.012, r=0.494.6. The Helicobacter pylori infection has nothing to do with the expression of CD151, P= 0.6357. The relevance between gastric carcinoma, gastric ulcer, gastritis and different types of Epigastralgia. The primary types of gastric carcinoma are "damp-heat in spleen and stomach" type and "defficiency of stomach yin" type, accounting for 23.3%,23.3%respectively; The primary type of the gasric ulcer group is "damp-heat in spleen and stomach" type, accounting for 40%. The primary type of the gastritis group is "incoordination between liver and stomach "type, accounting for 43.3%. The statistical difference is significant.8. The positive rates of Hp of different types of Epigastralgia:the "damp-heat in spleen and stomach" type is 93.5%, which is significantly higher than other groups. Conclusion:HP may be one of the factors of the gastric cancer, while the expressions of Livin and CD151 gene play the important role in tumorigenesis in gastric cancer, may provide a newpathway with diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and become a new index to observe curative effect. The assessment of Livin and CD151 gene is helpful to prevent and cure gastric cancer. The primary type of Epigastralgia in Chinese medicine is "damp-heat in spleen and stomach" type, which is accompanied by Hp and susceptible to gastric ulcer or gastric cancer. It is advised that patients of this type should be gastroscopied and eliminated from the infection of Hp.
