Objective:Stroke also called apoplexy, threatens human's life and influences the quality of life seriously. Bring heavy burden to the families and society, at present the incidence of stroke in our country ranks second in the world, about 80 percent of stroke patients have different degrees of dysfunctions,of which hemiplegia is the highest. Jin's three needle technique is very unique. Through a large sample size and prospective research methods, this research adopts common diagnostic criteria and curative evaluation standards to observe the clinical effect on treating stroke hemiplegia by Jin's three needle technique. Through comparing the curative advantages and disadvantages between Jin three needle combined with rehabilitation and simple rehabilitation,we discuss and summarize the clinical sifnificance and application value on treating ischemic stroke hemiplegia by Jin's three needle technique,so as to provide a more objective and reliable basis for promoting the usage of Jin's three needle technique. Methods:Adopting random and compared research methods,94 stroke patients with hemiplegia 2 weeks to 3 months after onset were selected and devided into treatment group with 49 cases and control group with 45 cases. According to Brunnstrom stage, therapeutic methods of flaccid paralysis or spastic paralysis are applicable to the patients in this two groups once a day for five days a week, and the course of treatment was 28 days. NDS, and motor function (simplified for limbs Fugl-Meyer) were applied to assess the curative effect before treatment,14 days after treatment and 28 days after treatment.Result:(1)NDS and motor functions (simplified for limbs Fugl-Meyer) of both two groups were improved 14 days after treatment, but there was no significant difference(p>0.05). (2)NDS and motor functions (simplified for limbs Fugl-Meyer) of both two groups were improved 28 days after treatment, and had statistical significance compared to those before treatment(p<0.05).(3)NDS and motor functions (simplified for limbs Fugl-Meyer) of both two groups before treatment were comparable, but had statistical significance 28 days after treatment(p<0.05).(4)According to NDS, the total effective rate was 93.97% in the treatment group and 84.44% in the control group 28 days after treatment. And there was statistical significance between the two groups(p<0.05).(5)According to motor functions(simplified for limbs Fugl-Meyer),the total effective rate was 89.79% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group 28 days after treatment. And there was statistical significance between the two groups(p<0.05).ConcIusion:(1)The neural function can be resumed and the motor function can be improved by both Jin three needle combined with rehabilitation and simple rehabilitation.(2) In promoting neurologic recovery and improving the patient's motor function of strole hemiplegia patients, Jin's three needle combined with rehabilitation was more comprehensive and had more profound effect, better than simple rehabilitation.
