| Research PurposesHere we study of fire-needle Combined with Rehabilitation training on Spastic hemiplegia after Stroke, Discuss of fire acupuncture therapy and standard rehabilitation training on the Spastic hemiplegia after stroke in patients with spastic motor function and activities of daily living ability. Aimed to explore a simple and effective treatment for limb spasticity after stroke to reduce the adverse factors for the future rehabilitation, and to investigate the efficacy and the relationship between efficacy and treatment, at the same time to explore the relationship between efficacy and treatment.Research MethodsBased on the purpose and criteria for subjects (Diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria),60 cases of post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis were randomly divided into a treatment group treated by fire-needle Combined with Rehabilitation training, and a control group Rehabilitation training method. Two groups were routine drug therapy of Neurology, Fire Needle:3 times per week, rest one day and then continue treatment, were treated for 4 weeks; Rehabilitation training:every time Select 1-2 training methods on each disease-bit, each training time is 50 minutes,6 times a week training, trained 4 weeks totally. The general condition of two groups patients were almost identical and insignificant (Including gender, age, disease duration, muscle tension before treatment grade), so the two series of patients had comparability, comparing the effects among those groups with Fugl—Meyer grades, Barthel index number, and the change of Limb Muscle tension. The results 1. Baseline data including gender, age, disease duration, muscle tension and grading before treatment of patients in both groups were comparable (P > 0.05). Compared with the control group, Fugl-meyer motor function score and Barthel index improved of treatment group into the group were not significantly different.2. After 4 weeks, the Fugl-meyer motor function and Barthel index scores of patients are obviously increased, compared with that before into the group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)3. After 4 weeks of treatment, the fugl-Meye points, Barthel index of both groups of less than 3 months duration in patients with was significantly higher than the rate of increase greater than 3 months duration in patients. After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with both groups of patients less than 3 months have a significant difference, compared with both groups of patients more than 3 months have a significant difference, indicating that the treatment group are better than control group patients; The fugl-Meye points and barthel index of two groups of patients with disease duration less than 3 months was significantly higher than patients of more than 3 months.4. Assessment of limb muscle tension and improve the efficacy upper limb:Ashworth grades of the treatment group and control group cure rates were 23.3%,10.0%; markedly effective rate was 30.0%,20.0%; efficiency 30.0 %,33.3%; invalid 16.7%,36.7%; total effective rate was 83.3%,63.3 %. Lower limb:the treatment group and control group of Ashworth grades of cure rates were 26.7%,13.3%; effective rate 40.0%,16.7%; 23.3% efficiency,43.3%; invalid was 10.0%,26.7%; total efficiency were 90 %,73.3%. Comparison of two groups of upper and lower limbs were significant difference.Conclusion1. Compared with rehabilitation alone, Hot needle therapy combined with rehabilitation can significantly improve motor function in stroke patients.2. Compared with rehabilitation alone, Hot needle therapy combined with rehabilitation can significantly increase the activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction.3. Hot needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training can effectively reduce muscle tension in patients with spasticity. 4. Whether the course less than 3 months or duration greater than 3months, for patients with movement and life skills improve, fire needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training were better than rehabilitation. |
