Background:Malignant tumor is the common diseases and frenquently encountered diseases which threathen the health of the human being, and it is also the main factors leading to the death. Wether the attack rate or the death rate of the pulmonary carcinoma is the first of the malignant tumor, and is also rising. In China pulmonary carcinoma is also the first of the malignant tumor. Chemotherapy is the effective method to treat theⅢ,Ⅳstage of the nonsmall-cell lung cancer which has high malignancy, rapid growth, and is not fit to operation treatment. But the toxic reaction and the side effect of the chemotherapy limit the application,so it. is paid more and more attention by the internal and foreign hakims to reduce the toxic reaction and the side effectObjective:The objective of this topic is to research the impact to the toxic reaction and the side effect by broiling the four flower acupoints directly, and to search the cheap and effective method to reduce the toxic reaction and the side effect.Method:This research use prospective method, which is performed on 60 lung cancer patients from the tumor inpatient department who are choiced accord to the observation condition. It is grouped to treatment group and control group, and they are both performed by 30 patients. The patients of the treatment group receive direct moxibustion of the four flower acupoint and the chemotherapy and the moxibustion are operated 3 zhuang, once a day from the first day to the last day of the chemotherapy. The patients of the control group just receive chemotherapy, PDD25mg/m2 d1-3, NVB25mg/m2 dl,d8, which is the same with the treatment group. Record the white blood cell counts, vomit reaction, TNF-α, IL-2, the value of the Karnofsky form before and after the chemotherapy, and then observate the changes of these index.Result: 1) Through evaluating the Anti-cancer drug toxicity assessment form, and counting the count of the white blood cell of the patients after the chemotherapy, the statistics show that there are 11 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group whose white blood cell decrease after the chemotherapy, and the incidence rates are 36.7% and 80%. The statistics on the vomit reaction show that there are 6 patients in the treatment group and 18 patients in the control group who has nausea and vomiting reaction during the chemotherapy period, and the incidence rates are 36.7% and 80%. Through x2 analysis the two groups are all P<0.01, and the incidence rates of the two items in the treatment group are all less than that in the control group.2) 2) The values of the IL-2 and TNF-αare analied by paired test after they are tested before and after the chemotherapy. To the IL-2 the Ps of the two groups are all less than 0.01 through compared themselves before and after, but the P is more than 0.05 which are compared by the two groups after chemotherapy, so there's no statistical significance. To the TNF-αthe Ps of the two groups are all more than 0.05 through compared themselves before and after,so there's no statistical significance.3) After evaluating the patients'physical condition by the Karnofsky, the values are analyzed by paird test. The Ps are all less than 0.001 which are compared by themselves before and after chemotherapy in each group and that compared by the two group values after the chemotherapy, so there are obvious differences. Conclusion:Direct moxibusting four flower acupoints can reduce the incidence rate of the white blood cell counts reducing and the vomiting reaction, but the impact to the TNF and IL-2 is not obvious, at the same time, it can lessen the weakness of the patients'physical condition during the chemotherapy period.
