Background Because of its number of patients, high mortality, socio-economic burden on weight, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has become an important public health problem. In China COPD is also an important chronic respiratory diseases, to endanger people's health, COPD is the main basis of pulmonary heart disease (about 82%), COPD patients with poor prognosis, often eventually died of respiratory failure or pulmonary disease. Many studies have shown that blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of COPD, COPD patients with different levels of microcirculation, blood rheology presented "thick, sticky, together", blood stasis throughout the entire process of COPD, is the main pathological basis of COPD with pulmonary heart disease. Objective Designed a retrospective survey of hospital medical records, according to the relevant design line, into 80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD patients, were divided into appropriate groups according to lung function (group 1 for the lung function 2, group 2 for 3, Section 3 4 level), observed in each group of patients with clinical manifestations and signs, combined with blood gas analysis to assess whether there is respiratory failure and other complications, preliminary assessment of the situation in patients with disease, and for blood stasis symptom score, record the indicators of disease severity and blood stasis syndrome, such as HGB, RBC, platelet and coagulation function. Reasonable statistical method used to process its analysis. Methods A well-designed retrospective studies inpatient medical records, according to the design of the relevant line into 80 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, according to the corresponding lung divided into two groups (group 1 for the lung function 2, group 2 for 3, group 3 4 level), observed in each group of patients with clinical manifestations and signs, combined with blood gas analysis to assess whether there is respiratory failure and other complications and carry out blood stasis symptom score, and record and analysis of HGB, RBC, platelet parameters, such indicators as blood coagulation. Results Group 1 was 22 patients, with respiratory failure are 2 cases; group 2 was 30 patients, with respiratory failure are 8 cases; group 3 was 28 patients, with respiratory failure are 10 cases; by the chi-square test, P<0.05, has significant difference, indicating the higher grade of lung function, the probability of respiratory failure in patients with greater severity is higher; each group were symptom scores between the two groups P<0.05, pairwise comparison P<0.01, has statistically significant differences, indicating patients higher grade of lung function, the more serious condition, the more obvious symptoms of blood stasis; and HGB, RBC, HCT, PLT, MPV, PDW, APTT and FIB parameters between the two groups were P<0.05, has statistically significant; PCT, INR between the two groups was not significant. Description as the disease worsened, the more obvious the greater the consumption of platelet, MPV, PDW increased more significantly, APTT, FIB increased more significantly, the greater the blood viscosity, blood more easily in a hypercoagulable state, stasis symptom scores The higher the level of the more obvious stasis. Conclusion This study mainly based on clinical severe COPD as a preliminary assessment of lung function in patients with graded severity index, combined with the clinical manifestations and complications such as whether there is further assessment of respiratory failure in patients with disease conditions, Observed that the worse the pulmonary function, the greater the probability of respiratory failure, carbon dioxide retention, the more obvious the more serious disease, secondary erythrocytosis, and elevated hematocrit, the more obvious the greater the consumption of platelets, MPV, PDW increased more obviously, APTT, FIB more obvious increase in blood viscosity, the more easily formed hypercoagulable state, the higher the blood stasis symptom scores, the more obvious the extent of blood stasis, indicating the severity of acute exacerbation and blood stasis syndrome with a certain correlation.
