The era of knowledge economy need outstanding knowledge management. The hospital, as a typical knowledge-based organization, whose essence of the core competence is its unique knowledge resources. At Present, how to effectively strengthen knowledge management, Put the knowledge to good use, and develop its own core competence is the Problem facing each hospital.Knowledge sharing is one of the most critical steps in knowledge management activities. To achieve effective knowledge sharing, it is important to encourage workers to share their knowledge for the best interests of the hospital. However, successfully exerting this encouragement is very challenging. In this paper, we analyze reward systems for intra-organizational knowledge sharing.How to construct and Promote hospitals'core competence depends on whether their core knowledge can be shared effectively, and whether they can fully realize their integration, development and increment of their knowledge resources, thus spirally Promoting hospitals'knowledge and s kills. The Purpose of this dissertation lies in applying the theory of knowledge sharing to hospital knowledge management, and then founding a relatively complete knowledge sharing system. By effectively operating a knowledge sharing system, hospitals can strengthen the orderly exchange of hospital knowledge from interior to exterior, improve the efficiency of knowledge management, thus enhancing the level of medical treatment technology and the quality of services, and then help the hospitals' core competence further develop. The main work to be done and its research results will be reflected in the following aspects:Firstly, the dissertation reviews the allied theoretical study of knowledge sharing, studies the content and characteristics of hospital knowledge, and points out the significance of hospital knowledge management. Combined with the existing conditions of hospital knowledge management, it analyzes the importance of knowledge sharing and the main obstacles faced in the Process of achievement.Secondly, the dissertation shows further research. It more completely Presents various realistic ways of knowledge transfer ring ands haring, studies the creation, basic framework and operational style of knowledge market, constructs the interior knowledge sharing model based on hospital core business and further analyzes the knowledge transform and sharing in the Process of carrying on the clinical Pathway. Finally, it is shown that several organizational factors can complement reward systems in increasing the performance of knowledge management and can mitigate the productivity problem. Insights from our analysis maybe help managers to understand important considerations in rewarding knowledge sharing, and could provide them with guides to implement reward systems.
