Study On A New Pattern Of Multinational E-health Service And Knowledge Sharing Based On 24-hour Knowledge Factory

As rapid development of information technology and global information, more and more health resources have been integrated into global allocation environment. In order to solve the problem of e-health synergy across time zone and distributed knowledge sharing effectiveness in a global context, this paper put forward the 24 hour Knowledge Factory Theory into the e-health global operational research and creat a new pattern of multinational e-health service. First of all, this paper reviews and summarizes the research production about the modular operational e-health, hospital knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing factors of multinational e-health team, 24 h KF operation. Then, combined with characteristics of 24 HKF distributed team, this research build a successful key factor model of e-health team knowledge sharing on the basis of 24 h KF. Each key factor’s influence of team knowledge sharing has been verified through the 338 survey data validation of the multinational medical team members. Finally, this paper puts forward the 24 hour Knowledge Factory Theory into the e-health global operation and designs a new pattern of international e-health services. Moreover, it effectively combs the knowledge flows in the process of e-health global operation and creating a global e-health operational knowledge flow model based on 24 h KF. This paper expects to make a substantial breakthrough in the research of 24 h KF and e-health service. The conclusions presented would be helpful to accomplish future global medical resources distribution, make medical management decisions and facilitate the reform and development of China’s medical and health industry.
