Background of theorySince 2006, the clinic diagnosed GERD patients is increasing. In the United States, patients with symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease is common. The incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease include LESP decreased, esophageal motility disorders. The clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease mainly acid reflux, retrosternal burning sensation, chest pain, throat discomfort and swallowing difficulties, so the disease can belong in medicine, "spit acid, " "noisy, " "Chest "" Ye Ge "," globus "and other disease areas. Its Syndromes, including transhepatic Yu heat, incoordination between liver and spleen and stomach and weakness.ObjectivesOn 91 patients with clinical symptoms of NERD to summarize, look for symptoms of NERD patients and the relationship between the syndromes. This collection of 91 cases of patients with NERD 24h esophageal ph monitoring and esophageal manometry data, analysis of relevant indicators and the relationship between TCM syndrome distribution.MethodsTo have reflux symptoms in patients with esophageal 24h ph monitoring, esophageal manometry and endoscopy to meet diagnostic criteria for gastroesophageal reflux disease in Western medicine and endoscopy-negative patients in this study. Records of all patients with NERD 24h esophageal ph monitoring and esophageal manometry data. Asked in detail about all the clinical symptoms of NERD patients, collected all the major symptoms and patients with minor symptoms, according to Chinese Medicine of the standard by the patients were divided into seven card type, use statistical software to analyze the various TCM syndrome symptoms of esophageal distribution and with the 24h ph monitoring and esophageal manometry Indexes.ResultSpleen and kidney deficiency type of lung disease in patients older than incoordination between liver and, liver and stomach, and the Heat Resistance sputum of patients with type gas exchange high (P<0.05). Lung Yun phlegm onset age of patients with type type and ratio of liver and stomach disharmony of liver and the Heat were higher (P<0.05). Various syndromes of NERD patients with body mass index had no statistically significant (P> 0.05).91 patients with NERD were mainly eating syndromes stagnation, disharmony of liver and, transhepatic Yu heat, gas exchange resistance sputum, phlegm retention in the lung, spleen and stomach and lung spleen and kidney deficiency type. In which the Heat of liver and stomach 32.6%, incoordination between liver and 22.8%, sputum resistance type gas exchange accounted for 17.4%, food stagnation type accounted for 11% lung spleen and kidney deficiency type accounted for 7.6%, 4.4% spleen and stomach type, Phlegm retention in the lung-type 3.3%. NERD patients with major symptoms of acid reflux (frequency 57.6%), retrosternal burning sensation (frequency 25%), epigastric pain (frequency 22.8%), belching (frequency 21.7%), retrosternal top expansion flu (frequency 20.7%), chest pain (frequency 19.6%). Incoordination between liver and correlated with epigastric pain and burning was a negative correlation. Liver and stomach and burning sensation in the Heat was a positive correlation, negative correlation with belching. Resistance-type gas exchange sputum was positively correlated with belching. Patients with weak stomach type supine reflux, reflux total time, DeMeester scores, and longest reflux time is different Syndromes highest. Sputum of patients with type gas exchange resistance supine reflux time and total time of reflux than patients with type phlegm retention in the lung longer (P<0.05), sputum of patients with type resistance gas delivery DeMeester score than the phlegm retention in the lung-type higher (P< 0.05). Liver and stomach in patients with the Heat DeMeester score than the phlegm retention in the lung of patients with type high (P<0.05). Transhepatic the Heat of the longest reflux time in patients with lung spleen and kidney deficiency type patients than the length (P<0.05). Sputum of patients with type air exchange resistance LES pressure is the highest. LES length of the spleen and stomach of patients with type up. Spleen and stomach of patients with type P3, P4 is the highest. Disharmony of liver and, transhepatic Yu heat, phlegm than the pulmonary gas exchange resistance spleen and kidney deficiency type patients with type LES length length (P<0.05). Disharmony of liver and, transhepatic Yu heat, phlegm obstructing gas exchange, lung spleen and kidney deficiency type than the phlegm retention in the lung of patients with high P3 (P<0.05). Gas cross-drag ratio phlegm sputum retention in the lung of patients with type P4 higher (P <0.05). Food stagnation, liver and stomach Yu heat, gas cross-drag ratio phlegm sputum retention in the lung of patients with type peak speed (P<0.05).ConclusionNerd TCM Syndromes and age of onset, symptoms and 24h esophageal ph monitoring, esophageal manometry obvious relationship between some indicators.
