Relationship Between TCM Syndrome Types Of Non-erosive Reflux Disease And 24-Hour PH Value Plus Bilirubin Measurements In The Esophagus

Objective:80 cases with NERD were classified according to syndrome differentiation,to look for TCM syndrome distribution of NERD. This collection of 80 cases of patients with NERD 24h esophageal pH value plus bilirubin monitoring data,analyse and probe relationship between TCM syndrome types of NERD.Methods:To have reflux symptoms in patients with RDQ investication and endoscopy to meet diagnostic criteria for NERD in Western medicine patients in this study. Asked in detail about all the clinical symptoms of NERD patients, collected all the major symptoms and patients with mi-nor symptoms,according to Chinese Medicine of the syndrome differentiation standard, divided the patients into 4 types, and 24h esophageal pH value plus bilirubin were monitored.Results:TCM syndrome distribution of 80 cases with NERD is disharmony of liver and sto-mach accounting for 48%,heat stagnation in the liver and stomach accounting for 23%,sputum exchange resistance gas accounting for 13%,spllen deficiency and gas converse accounting for 16%.Excess syndrome is much more than deficiency syndrome. Spleen deficiency and gas converse onset age of patients is higher than disharmony of liver and stomach type and sputum exchange resistance gas type(P<0.05). Bilirubin reflux and mixed reflux are main reflux typ in patiernts with NERD,and they more commonly occure in disharmony of liver and stomach type.The percentage of acid reflux time and DeMeester score in patients with sputum exchange resistance gas type are the highest.The number of acid refulx,the number of long reflux and the longest acid reflux time in patients with spleen deficiency and gas converse type are the most. The percentage of acid reflux time and DeMeester score in patients with spleen deficiency and gas convers type are higher than disharmony of liver and stomach type(P<0.05).The number of bile refulx and the longest bile refulx time in patients with sputum exchange resistance gas type are the most.The percentage of bile reflux time and the number of long bile reflux in patients with spleen deficiency and gas converse type are the most. The percentage of bile reflux time in patients with spleen deficiency and gas converse type are higher than disharmony of liver and stomach type and heat stagnation in the liver and stomach type(P<0.05). The percentage of bile reflux time in patients with sputum exchange resistance gas type is higher than heat stagnation in the liver and stomach type(P< 0.05).The longest bile reflux time in patients with spleen deficiency and gas converse type is higher than heat stagnation in the liver and stomach type(P< 0.05).Conclusion:NERD TCM Syndromes and age of onset,24h esophageal pH value and bilirubin monitoring obvious relationship between some indicators.
