Measure the height, meight, length of membrum inferius, length of leg and breadth of os coxae. Analysis the component of body by MES-01S20, such as the percent and distribution of fat, muscle distribution coefficient of membrum inferius, and resting metabolic rate, etc. The data was analysised by the PNM20 software system. According to the DRIs to evaluate the intake of seven main nutritions perday. All data were coded uniformly, the database was established by Excel, analysis were conducted by SPSS 13.0 statistical software package.ResultsProtein, fat and carbohydrate which was three production nutrients for the energy ratio is between 14%to 15.5%,25%to 29%and 56%to 60%in diet of pregnant women, and meet the DRIs for energy than the recommended protein 10%to 15%, fat for energy than the 20%to 30%, carbohydrates for energy than the 55%to 65%standard.In the first trimester, second trimester and third trimester, pregnant women's daily average dietary intake of protein can achieve the recommended intake of DRIs in more than 90%RNI; but the lower intake in early pregnancy, and the second trimester and third trimester was statistically significant difference (p<0.05), second trimester and third trimester of protein intake were not significant.Diet of pregnant women vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin B12 in the daily average intake of adequate intake of vitamin B6 from early pregnancy to the second trimester, third trimester and then to gradually increase the intake of the three periods statistically significant amount (p<0.05). Phosphorus and potassium mineral intake is adequate, the average daily intake of iron accounts for the proportion of RNI from early pregnancy to the second trimester, then gradually decreased during late pregnancy, third trimester only to RNI of 82.31 percent, There was significant average daily intake in three trimester (p<0.05). At different stages of gestation, pregnant women on dietary calcium intake did not reach the average standard of RNI, and the early, middle and late pregnancy trimester calcium intake accounts for the gradual decline in the proportion of RNI, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Different ages and pregnant women during pregnancy folic acid and iodine dietary intake of a serious shortage, only to RNI of 45%-60%and 20%-30%, the proportion of inadequate intake of more than 95%. ConclusionsAs China's economy develops, people's understanding of the balanced diet greatly improved, this study shows that three main production nutrients which was protein, fat and carbohydrates were more than meet the DRIs for a recommended standard in pregnant women, but in all nutritions there is a big difference between the actual intake, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B12, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron and other mineral elements in the daily average intake higher; protein, calcium intake less; folic acid and iodine intake is very low. This indicates that maternal and child health in the future work should be strengthened in key populations, such as age older than 35 years of age and pregnant women in early pregnancy trimester nutrition guide, to strengthen publicity and education on the serious lack of iodine and folic acid and other nutrients, use of oral nutritional preparations be supplemented.
