Study on the Chemical Constituents of Caesalpinia.minax HanceIn this dissertation, the phytochemical studies were carried out on the medicinal plant of Caesalpinia.minax Hance. Meanwhile, the advance in the recent research of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Caesalpinia Linn, were reviewed.In our research, the seed of Caesalpinia.minax Hance was studied systemically in chemistry by means of chromatography methods and spectral technologies. Twenty eight compounds were isolated from the MeOH extract. Twenty one compounds were determined by spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods, their structures were determined as follows:Neocaesalpin K(K1), Neocaesalpin MO(K2), Neocaesalpin L(K3), Neocaesalpin A(K4), Neocaesalpin MP(K5), Neocaesalpin M (K6), Neocaesalpin MQ(K7), Spirocaesalmin(K8), Minaxin C (K9), Quercetin (K10), Minaxin(Kll), (+)-3,3',5',5,7-pentahydroflavanone(K12),3,4-dihydro-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2H-chromen e-4,5,7-triol (K13), Luteolin (K14),3-methoxy-5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-flavone (K15),β-amyrin(K16),β-sitosterol (K17), Daucosterol (K18), Gallic acid (K19), 9,12,13-Trihydroxy-10(E)-octadecenoicacid(K20),3-(methoxycarbonyl)pent-3-enoic acid (K21); Compounds K7, K9, K11 were three new compounds, Compound K21 was a new natural product, Compounds K12, K13, K14, K15, K20 were obtained from Caesalpinia Linn, for the first time, Compounds K10, K19 were obtained from Caesalpinia.minax Hance for the first time.In this paper, the structural characteristics and spectroscopic features and separation method for cassane from Caesalpinia.minax Hance were summarized.
