Research Purpose:1 Analyze the formation of hospitalization expenses of TIA patients.2 Analyze the possible influential factors of hospitalization expenses of TIA Patients, find the main controllable influential factors.3 Put forward the effective suggestion about the hospitalization expenses of TIA patients according to the actual requirement and Cerebrovascular Disease diagnoses.Research Method:1 Retrieve all the TIA patients cases from Jan 1st, 2008 to December 31st,2009 in the database of the hospital, recording all documents of first page of hospitalization records.2 Retrieve all the hospitalization expenses of TIA patients from financial database of hospital. 3 Retrieve all the medical records of TIA patients, recording the dangerous TIA factors and examination methods for TIA confirmations.4 All the collected materials is classified and analyzed with the MICROSOFR EXCEL.5 By SPSS 15.0 software, analyze the influential factors of hospitalization expenses in multiple linear regressions method, finding main factors.6 Put forward reasonable suggestions to controlling TIA hospitalization expenses according to the clinical practice and diagnose and treatments instruction to the Cerebrovascular Disease.Research Results:The drug expense of TIA patients has the largest proportion in the hospitalization expenses, with the ratio 35.39%. The main influential factors for the expenses are treatments methods and hospitalized days. For the non-operation patients, the main influential factor is hospitalized days.Conclusion:The solution for effectively controlling the hospitalization expenses of TIA patients is controlling and reducing the hospitalized days, strengthening the medical expenses system, medical insurance formation and enhancing the education on the TIA patients.
