Objective:To investigate the 6-months,12-months,24-months overall survival rate after synthetic therapy in 157 patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by follow up retrospective study and to analysis the prognostic factors of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:From January 2006 to January 2008,157 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were analyzed in sex, age, pathology type, clinical stage, pleural fluid, multiple metastases and therapy in Oncology department of the second affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University. Use Log-rank test to analyze the factors of survival time for any significant differences. The reuse of SPSS survival analysis method of drawing Kaplan-Meier survival curves, factors related to the prognosis were analyzed by the method of Cox Regression Model Analysis. Results:The overall median survival time was 13 months,6-moth survival rate was 80.3%,12-moth survival rate was 58.0%,24-moth survival rate was 25.5%.In single factor analysis, treatment with chemotherapy alone, Chemotherapy plus radiotherapy, Chemotherapy plus molecular targeted therapy, molecular targeted therapy plus chemotherapy and radiotherapy, treatment with best supportive care had the statistics difference on the prognosis in 12 months (P<0.05).But sex, age, pathology type(6-moth are an exception),clinical stage, pleural fluid, multiple metastases had not the statistics significance(P> 0.05). In multi-factor analysis, the way of synthetic therapy and sex, clinical stage had some effect on prognosis of advanced NSCLC(P<0.05).Conclusion:1) Different treatment were important factor affecting prognosis of advanced NSCLC.2) Pathology type of the survival within 6 months, sex and clinical stage had some effect on advanced NSCLC, but could not as the independent-prognosis factor.
