Objective:To establish mice modle of allergic rhinitis(AR) and study the role of Staphylococcal enterotoxin B(SEB) and ovalbumin(OVA) in the modle. To study the change of regulatory T cell(Treg) in the nasal mucosa of mice.Method:Forty Balb/c mice were evenly randomized into OVA group,SEB group,OVA+SEB group and normal sodium group.OVA+SEB group were given OVA and SEB simultaneously;Other groups were given OVA or SEB alone or normal sodium. All mice were sensitized on 0,3,6,10,14 day by intraperitoneal injection and continuously intranasally challenged on 21-27 day,and established to AR modle. The symptom scores, total serum IgE concentration,IL-4 concentration were analyzed by factorial design.Meanwhile, the morphology change of nasal mucosa were observed.Result:1. With comparion to other three groups, the symptom scores of OVA+SEB group was largely increased, the interaction of OVA and SEB had statistical significance(p<0.01). Meanwhile, nasal mucosa of OVA+SEB group displayed an AR morphology change.2. Compared to other groups, total serum IgE concentration and IL-4 concentration of OVA+SEB group was much high, notable typeⅠallergy and Th2 cells reaction appeared, the interaction of OVA and SEB had statistical significance(p<0.01).3. Foxp3 positive cells of OVA+SEB group was obviously decreased in the four groups, and the interaction of OVA and SEB had statistical significance(p<0.01).Conclusions:1. Only OVA and SEB cooperation could induce AR development. SEB can elevate the susceptibility of OVA to the organism and play a role of immunity adjuvant.2. The level of Treg cells in nasal mucosa obviously descend and Treg cells can not effectively restrain the Th2 cell reaction, that may be a reason in the AR development.
