Objectives:observe the curative effect of 6 hour and 12 hour application of low molecular heparinMethods:select Orthopaedic hospital patients of shanxi no.1 medical university hospital from March 2008 to April 2010. Using prospectie, randomized, controlled clinical research,. The experiment group (6 hours after give half quantity of low molecular heparin) and the control group (24 hours after giving full amount of low molecular heparinr). Give both groups conventional surgery,the low molecular heparin is tianpuluoning. Record the two groups of postoperative clinical manifestations, the swollen situation of the first, second, seven day, the bleeding situation of the first, second day, the coagulation inspection of the first, third day(Fib,D-D,APTT,TT,PT), if necessary promptly doppler inspection.Results:earlier (After six hours) application of low molecular heparin can reduce swelling of the body (p<0.05), But other symptoms such as fever, pain and varices and bruises compared with no obvious different (p>0.05). On the influence of bleeding, Earlier application of low molecular liver has increased the risk of bleeding(p<0.05). After six hours application of two group D-D in the content of blood was not statistically significant (p> 0.05), Compared with the preoperative Fib in the biood reduce(p<0.05), And compared with later application, Fib in the blood reduce too(p<0.05). Compared with the preoperative APTT, TT, PT don't display obvious changes (p>0.05), And two groups also was not statistically significant (p>0.05)Conclusion:The application of low molecular liver of 6 hour has increased the risk of bleeding, but can reduce the swelling of the body, may have antithrombotic function.
