Objectives: Making an exploring research on the effects of how the aerobic exercise improves inflammatory state of obesity, which is based on the analysis of the body shape indices obtained before and after the intervention of the aerobic exercise on the obese subjects, and serum inflammatory cytokines - tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), pro-inflammatory factors-nuclear transcription factorκB (NF-κB), inflammatory inhibitory factor - Adiponectin hormone levels. Methods: 26 obese women were randomly divided into exercise group (E group, n = 13) and control group (C group, n = 13), another 13 healthy women for the control group (H group, n=13). This experiment was carried by the ways of exercise prescription which carried out the exercise intervention on the subjects for 16 weeks. The elbow fasting venous blood will be collected before and after experiment, in addition, the target level of serum TNF-α, IL-6, adiponectin, NF-κB, will be tested before and after exercise intervention. Results: 1. the level of Subjects serum adiponectin has a very significant negative correlation (p<0.01) with weight and WHR, has a significant negative correlation(p<0.05)with waist circumference and BMI; TNF-αhas a very significant positive correlation(p<0.01)with weight, has a significant positive correlation(p<0.05)with waist,BMI and WHR; NF-κB has a very significant positive correlation(p<0.01)with BMI, has a significant positive correlation(p<0.05)with weight,waist,WHR.2. Body shape indices: Compared with the pre-test statistics, the weight,BMI,WHR and waist of the E group has decreased significantly(P<0.05)after experiment. There is no significant change in the body shape indices of C group pre- and after-experiment. Comparison among each group, the weight, waist circumference,BMI,WHR of E group subjects is decreased more than C group subjects'. 3. Blood inflammation-related indicators: Compared with pre-test, the serum adiponectin levels of E group were significantly increased(p<0.05), the levels of serum IL-6 and NF-κB were significantly decreased(p<0.05), and the levels of TNF-αhad no significant changed; There is no significant change in the blood parameters of C group before and after experiment. Comparison between each group, the level of E group's Serum adiponectin increased more significant than that of C group(p<0.05), the level of the serum NF-κB was significantly decreased(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1. the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and NF-κB of the obese are all higher than those in normal group. The levels of serum adiponectin are lower than the normal group, and the levels of adiponectin were significantly and negatively correlated with the levels of the TNF-α,NF-κB,IL-6 which suggest that there are chronic inflammatory exist among those obsess patients .2. After the intervention of aerobic exercise for 16 weeks, the levels of E group's serum IL-6,NF-κB were decreased significantly, and the levels of the serum Adiponectin were level up significantly, the levels of the serum TNF-αalso tend to be downward, which indicated that aerobic exercise is good for the improvement of the obese chronic inflammatory state, suggesting a good anti-inflammatory effects of aerobic exercise.
