【Objective】The research aims to compare the differenct effects between propofol and sevoflurane on the lever of serous ALT and AST after the hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury(HIRI) with endotracheal anesthesia.【Methods】Forty patients surfuring from liver cancer and undergoing liver cancer resection were studied, and randomly divided into two groups, 20 patients in each. One group had tracheal intubation with propofol intravenous anesthesia, and the other group received tracheal intubation with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. Entropy index was used to reflect the depth of anesthesia in surgery, and as a basis to adjust the consumption of propofol or sevoflurane, to maintain the entropy index between 40-50. With remifentanil and atracurium besylate cis amine continuous infusion. Recording the HR,MAP,RE,SE at different time points, also the operative time, portal triad clamping time and the volume of the liver cutted in patients. The changes of serum ALT and AST were followed up after surgery.【Result】Serum ALT, AST levels increased gradually from the beginning after surgery and reached the peak to 24h,then decreased.AST on the seventh day after which the basic down to the preoperative level, but ALT decreased more slowly than 7 days after the operation has not reduced the preoperative level. Compared with the B group, the serum ALT, AST levels of the A group increased a small range.【Conclusion】Comparing with sevoflurane, propofol has some protective effect on protecting the liver function after hepatic ischemia-reperfusion.
