Teacher Zhao Zhifu unites the theory based on the Chinese medicine relationship of form and spirit, takes the traditional internal organs dialectical and the eight principal syndromes dialectical as the foundation, combines modern psychosomatic medicine, proposed "Rigid-Gentle Syndrome Differentiation" of psychosomatic medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 20 clinical practice years.It is remarkable that we care the patient.On the basis of the research which relate "Rigid-Gentle Syndrome Differentiation" to Brain Electrical Activity Mapping (BEAM),We have confirmed the theory that is scientific and practical.Aim:Summary Zhao Zhifu "Rigid-Gentle Syndrome Differentiation" clinical experience of treating psychosomatic disease Cholecystitus. Explore the relationship between Rigid-Gentle of Cholecystitus and Brain Electrical Activity Mapping. Provide the preliminary basis to the brain electrophysiology change of Cholecystitus.Methods:1. Rigid-Gentle Syndrome Differentiation. Collect article which write about "Rigid-Gentle Syndrome Differentiation" of TCM depend on CMCC.2. Brain Electrical Activity Mapping. Study group:40 abnormal brain electrical activity mappings, including 20 mappings of the patients Rigid Syndrome; 20 mappings of the patients of Gentle Syndrome.Control group:20 normal brain electrical activity mappings. Compare the power of every brain wave band in sixteen cerebral regions among two syndrome groups'mappings and normal mappings. The data was analyzed by SPSS13.0 and the statistical methods are One-way ANOVA.Results:1. Compared with normal BEAM, the power ofδwave band of the Rigid Syndrome patients is higher in 2 regions (FP1,C4). In 1 region (O1) the result is just the opposite. There are significant differences in BEAM among two groups.2. Compared with normal BEAM, the power ofθwave band of the Rigid Syndrome patients is higher in 2 regions (FP1).. In 1 region (01) the result is just the opposite. There are significant differences in BEAM among two groups.3. Compared with normal BEAM, the power ofα1,α2,α3 wave band of the Rigid Syndrome patients is lower in occipital regions. There are significant differences in BEAM among two groups. Compared with normal BEAM, the power ofα3 wave band of the Rigid Syndrome patients is higher in 3 regions(FP1,T3,C4). Compared with normal BEAM, the power ofα3 wave band of the Gentle Syndrome patients is higher in 2 regions(F4,T3). There are significant differences in BEAM among two groups.4. Compared with normal BEAM, the power ofβwave band of the Rigid Syndrome patients is higher in 3 regions (FP1,T3,C4). In 1 region (O1) the result is just the opposite. There are significant differences in BEAM among two groups. Compared with normal BEAM, the power ofβwave band of the Gentle Syndrome patients is higher in 2regions (F4,T3). There are significant differences in BEAM among two groups,Conclusions:1. Depending on "Rigid-Gentle Syndrome Differentiation", there is obvious improvement in the symptom of Gallbladder Distention.2. The bad mind of patient will be vanished as soon as the body symptom improved, vice versa.3. There is certain relation between Rigid-Gentle of Gallbladder Distention and Brain Electrical Activity Mapping. The research indicated that the patient's brain function of the Rigid Syndrome suffer more injury.
