Objective:According to compare analysis manual reposition percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation(MRPKWF) with open reduction with internal fixation (ORIF) clinical treated efficacy on treat of ankle fracture, Explore advantage of MRPKWF method in treatment ankle fracture of simplicity, minimally invasive, effectiveness and feasibility. Methods: 32 patients with ankle fractures were randomly divided into two groups.MRPKWF group: 16 cases approach to manual reposition percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation;ORIF group: 16 cases approach to open reduction with internal fixation. Both groups were given plaster external fixation in consistency time. According to Case-control study to analysis two groups clinical effectiveness. Results: Comparison of two groups were followed up for overall Therapeutic effect was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but by means of MRPKWF group in trauma, postoperative pain, swelling and open fixation group were significantly different ( P <0.05), callus formation earlier (P <0.05), fracture healing time is short, low-cost operation. Conclusion: For a pure double ankle fracture or a single ankle fracture, clinical effect of MRPKWF and ORIF in the medium-long term is similar, but MRPKWF treatment group were treated with combined Chinese with Western theory and combined manual reposition with fixed. MRPKWF treatment group also have advantages on low-costs,mall-traumatic,low postoperative swelling pain and shorter fracture healing time. so MRPKWF is a worthy recommended treatment.
