"Ling Gui Longmu Soup" Treatment Of Viral Myocarditis In Children Clinical Evaluation

Methods: 60 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and comparation group, treatment group, 30 cases of Western-based therapy plus treatment with Tang Ling Gui Long Mu the comparation group 30 cases of Western-based drug treatment Garcia conventional treatment.Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 86.7%, comparation group was 83.3% of treated group than the comparation group no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); TCM syndrome improvement in the treatment group The total effective rate was 90%, comparation group was 70% in treated group was higher and statistically significant difference, (P<0.05); improve the abnormal enzyme in the treatment group, 30 cases returned to normal 17 cases, the partial restoration of normal in 9 cases, no improvement in 4 cases; comparation group of 30 patients returned to normal in 15 cases, the partial restoration of normal in 8 cases, no improvement in 7 cases, both groups significantly improved after treatment (P>0.05), statistically There was no significant difference; improve abnormal electrocardiogram, the treatment group, abnormal ECG, 25 cases returned to normal in 11 cases, there is some improvement in 4 cases, no improvement in 3 cases, the comparation group abnormal ECG in 21 cases, returned to normal in 8 cases, there is some improvement in one case , no improvement in 8 cases of treated group was higher (P <0.05), statistically significant difference.Conclusion: 1. "Ling Gui Longmu soup" in treating acute viral myocarditis in children significant effect.2.
