| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Erxian-zhiyang-tang in treatment in chronic urticaria (disorder of Chong-Ren meridian), and provide effective method for treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods: all cases with chronic urticaria (disorder of Chong-Ren meridian) from the first hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into two groups at random. All cases in the two groups have no statistical significance differences in age, course of disease and symptoms index. 44 cases in group A were given Erxian-zhiyang-tang and Ebastine, 44 cases in group B were just given Ebastine. Assess curative effect after 2 months.Results: The total effective rate of group A and group B respectively were 75% and 61.364%. There was statistically significant difference on total effective rate between the two groups. The efficacy of group A was superior to group B. Assess curative effect after 2 months.Conclusion: Erxian-zhiyang-tang and Ebastine are both effective in treating chronic urticaria (disorder of Chong-Ren meridian). At the same time, Erxian-zhiyang-tang is superior to Ebastine, and reliable, stable and has no side effects. |
