1 ObjiectiveChronic urticaria is the common diseases and frequently-occurring disease in dermatological department. Becouse of long term invalid therapy of chronic urticaria, to the lives of patients with serious problems, and sometimes likely to become incentives of other allergic diseases , prevention and treatment of chronic urticaria is confronted with an important task. At present, western medicine treatment of urticaria is symptomatic treatment, for example the antihistamines application ,which is the most effective to acute urticaria, but the ill curative effects of repeated chronic urticaria. Adrenal cortex hormones and immunosuppressant drugs playe a role,which have huge side effects, can not be controlled recurrence, and will bring difficult to the treatment when urticaria break out . We use the treatment of Huoxue Qufeng Zhiyang tang joint anti-BCG-PSN to chronic urticaria which have obtained very good effect. Through this test, the objective is observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Huoxue Qufeng Zhiyang tang joint anti-BCG-PSN to chronic urticaria ,and provide a theoretical basis to the extensive use in clinical.2 MethodsAll the cases from outpatient patients of Hubei Province traditional Chinese medicine hospital in derratology from September 2006 to December 2007, collected 60 cases of patients with CU. All the cases were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases,with treatment and control groups. The difference of the two groups in age, duration and other aspects of comparison was not significant (P> 0.05), which are comparable. The treatment group is given Huoxue Qufeng Zhiyang Tang for six weeks and anti-BCG-PSN injiected in musle for twelfth weeks. The control group is given Di Lv Lei Ta Ding Pian and anti-BCG-PSN injected in musle for twelfth weeks.3 ObservationsEvaluation criteria:①symptoms score;②clinical evaluation criteria: cure: the decreased index of the symptom score≥90%; produce: the decreased index of the symptom score≥70%, and <90%;Effective: the decreased index of the symptom score≥30%, and <70%; Invalid: the decreased index of the symptom score <30%. The efficacious cate is putting cure in produce.4 results4.1 Contrasting the curative effect of the two groups by statistics, it is indicated that the curative effct of the treatment group treated with Huoxue Qufeng Zhiyang Tang and anti-BCG-PSN is better than the control group treated with Di Lv Lei Ta Ding Pian and anti-BCG-PSN .They have notable difference (P<0. 05).4.2 Contrasting the integral of titillate of two group after terapy by statistics, it is indicated that the treatment group and the control group have notable difference (P <0.05).4.3 Contrasting the integral of rash of two group after terapy by statistics , it is indicated that the treatment group and the control group have notable difference (P <0.05).4.4 Contrasting the integral of clinical observation of the two groups after theray by statistics, it is indicated that the treatment group and the control group have notable difference (P <0.05).4.5 Contasting the integral of the rate of IgE heigh after treatment by statistics , it is indicated that the treatment group and the control group have notable difference (P <0.05).5 ConclusionThrough the issue of clinical research , it is confirmed that the group treated with Huoxue Qufeng Zhiyang Tang and anti-BCG-PSN is betterh than the group treated with Di Lv Lei Ta Ding Pian and anti-BCG-PSN .And its fast effect and the high cure rate, the low rate of recurrence, no side effects in clinical practice is worthy of further clinical application.
