The Clinical Research On Treatment Of The Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy With Needling And Chinese Medicine Suffocating

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine suffocating in the treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method: According to the random principle .Sixty cases were located equally to two groups :the group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine suffocating,the group of general acupuncture.Each group needs 30 days for treating. The clinical trial are conducted randomly to observe the mainly standard:McGill.The change of the two teams before and after treatment. Before and after the first acupuncture,three weeks treatment all detect the following Detection:Pain rating index(PRI),Visual analog scale(VAS),Persent Pain intensity(PPI)and record score. Observing the clinic symptom of the patients after treating.Results:1,Comparing the PRI scores after treatment ,the diversity is significant ,both of the ways have effect of treating the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2,Comparing the difference of the PRI scores,the VAS scores, After the treatment, the difference between the acupuncture and Chinese medicine suffocating group and general acupuncture group in this team was obvious(P<0.05).The disparity is significant.3,Comparing the curative effect.There is marked diversity in observational index of two groups before and after treatment (p<0.05),the group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine suffocating is superiority to the group of general acupuncture.Conclusion:1,The observe and control groups could significantly improve the patients'pain and so on clinical characteristic.2,Acupuncture and Chinese medicine suffocating has marked effect to improve the observational index in treating the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.3,Acupuncture and Chinese medicine suffocating may improve the symptom of the clinic.4,Acupuncture and Chinese medicine suffocating has the trait of the marked effect and high safety.
