Effect Of Kang Ning Hu Xin Ⅱ On The Content Of The Wister Rat's Troponin Of The Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Post-Injury

Objective:To observe the Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡effects of myocardial damage troponin (cTn-T) and ventricular arrythmias in ECG investigate the effects of the Kang NingYang Xinâ…¡effects of myocardial reperfusion injury.Methods:In this experiments, the rats were divided into sham group, model, Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡low-dose group, Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡high-dose group, Tongxinluo Capsule group.Were given saline, saline, Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡low-dose, Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡high-dose, Tongxinluo Capsule for two weeks after the model, in the left anterior descending ligation, reperfusion, meantimes lead the ECG before and after the infusion of the monitorâ…¡, mining hepatic portal vein, collecting samples.By enzyme linked immuosorbent assay detected troponin T concentration.Results: Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡group compared with the model group troponin T values lower than the latter,the difference between the groups was significant (p<0.05, p<0.05). Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡low-dose group and Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡high-dose group compared troponin T short-term effect of the numerical significant difference(p<0.05). The ventricular arrythmias happened in Kang ing Hu Xinâ…¡high-and low-dose group and Tongxinluo Capsule group were lower than the model,and there is no significant difference among the previous three groups.Conclusion:Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡can reduce the content of troponin of acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,and reduce ventricular arrythmias in ECG,so Kang Ning Hu Xinâ…¡has a protective effect in the myocardial reperfusion injury.
