The Effect Of Yishenhuoxue Decoction On The Content Of Soluble Interleukin-2 Receptor And Interleukin-6 In Serum Of Patients With Lupus Nephritis

Objective: Through the system observing the effects of treatment of lupus nephritis and the improvement of inflammatory indicators , to discussing effect that retard the progress of LN and influence on the cytokine .Provide the effect of intervention by TCM on LN patients and clinical application with scientific basis.Methods: To select 46 patients fitting for LN criterion and divide into 2 groups. Each group is 23 cases. On the basis of control group and necessary treatment, the control group took yishenhuoxue decoction .Therapeutic effect was observed 2 months. To register the treatment fore-and-aft quantification scores of the symptoms in Chinese medicine for the main clinical symptoms of patients and SELDAI.Inspect the changes of 24HUPQ,ALB,Scr,RBC,C3,sIL-2R,IL-6 and other index and analyze the data by the statistics.Results:( 1)The total effective rate and the effect of clinical symptoms of treatment group were better than the control group(P< 0.05).( 2) The treatment group could improve the patients clinical symptoms, decrease the clinical symptom integral,SLEDAI,24HUPQ and increase ALB,C3 of patients with LN. The effect was better than the control group(P< 0.05)(. 3)The treatment group could meliorate state of autoimmunity, decrease the level of sIL-2R,IL-6 and the effects were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yishenhuoxue decoction could improve the clinical symptoms and relief activity of lupus, meliorate state of autoimmunity,improve the quality of life for patients accompanied with LN, provide scientific and objective basis for clinical application.
